Description of the project:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement the company’s vision, mission, and strategic plan.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, market trends, and technological advancements.
  • Set short-term and long-term goals, plans, and policies to guide the company.

Investor Relations and Capital Raising:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors.
  • Prepare and present business plans, financial reports, and investment opportunities to investors.
  • Secure funding through various channels, including venture capital, private equity, and other financing mechanisms.
  • Ensure transparent and regular communication with investors about company performance and strategic initiatives.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage the company budget and allocate resources wisely.
  • Implement scalable business processes and systems.

Financial Oversight:

  • Drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure financial health and operational efficiency of the company.
  • Mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Team Building and Leadership:

  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing engineering, sales, and marketing teams.

Product and Market Development:

  • Drive product innovation and ensure alignment with market needs and trends.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.
  • An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership roles, preferably within IT or technology-driven start-ups.
  • Proven track record of successfully raising capital and managing investor relations.
  • Experience in scaling a software product in the IT industry.
  • Extensive network of contacts within the non-IT industries.
