Salary: 3800-5500$Our team works remotely and is quite accepting of asynchronous work life. We communicate mostly in slack, and we follow a merge/equal code review request process. In the beginning, it may take a bit of direct communication time to make sure certain tasks are understood, but I hope to see less and less of that over time as code styles and expectations become mutually intelligible.
You will be doing
We would assign certain chunks of work that could be done offline. There might be several different pieces of work in case there are gaps in communication to limit any “blockers”.
We are always open to feedback, so if you want to share something with us, we would love to hear from you. However, you are not required to attend daily stand-ups, any status updates can be communicated via slack/email. After some time, they may be invited to our engineering meetings, attendance at which will be optional if they are interested.
