Business Analyst (Dubai)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, create reports, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Your qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, and project management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of business process modeling, data analysis techniques, and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and software, such as Jira, Confluence, SQL, or similar tools.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Translate business needs into clear and concise requirements documentation, including use cases, process diagrams, and data models.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
• Perform data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive informed decision-making and support business objectives.
• Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Work closely with IT teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Support change management efforts by facilitating training sessions, conducting impact assessments, and providing ongoing support to end-users.
