Softengi, a global leader in digital transformation, specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Extended Reality (XR: VR/AR/MR), and the Internet of Things (IoT), has executed its Business Continuity plan in light of the hostility between Russia and Ukraine.

Diversification and prudent preparation are at the heart of Softengi’s swift response to the current crisis. While Softengi maintains Development Centers in Ukraine, due to serving clients on five continents, it also maintains multiple other development centers and key IT resources located around the world.

The company itself is incorporated and headquartered in Poland (an EU and NATO member), and is part of the Intecracy family. Therefore, business administration and management continues as usual, and is envisioned to do so long into the future.

Softengi’s business development capabilities are based in the United States for North America, South America, the United Kingdom, and Australia; and additionally is also based in Belgium and Turkey for support of the rest of the world. Thus, business development is unaffected by the conflict.

With respect to personnel and their development activity based in Ukraine, those resources have been evacuated from dangerous areas. Some personnel have relocated to western Ukraine where there is no fighting occurring; while others have been reassigned to Softengi headquarters offices in Poland. To date, all clients and partners are currently being served with no disruption to delivery schedules.

Everyone at Softengi prays for a swift cessation of hostilities in Ukraine and a peaceful return to safety and normality for everyone impacted by the situation.
