Softengi announces changes in its organizational structure and management team:
- Nina Sharayevskaya, current EHS Business Development Director, will become Head of the Delivery Organization in the USA.
- Denis Bedun, current Delivery Director, will become Head of Development Center in Poland.
These changes reflect Softengi’s strategy for the diversification of the global resource base of its delivery units.
This new strategy will allow Softengi to mitigate risks related to the turmoil in Ukraine and continue its business activities in a timely manner. Although Softengi has experienced no disruption to its delivery schedules, diversification has been deemed essential for preserving business continuity and continuing growth across the globe.
Softengi expects that these changes will improve communication with our clients and make the delivery process much more efficient and transparent.
