Softengi, an international leader in providing businesses with digital transformation services, introduces Oleg Chevychalov, who has previously worked as HR Business Partner in the company for the last year and a half, as its new CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer).    

In his previous role as HR Business Partner, Oleg Chevychalov demonstrated high professionalism and excellent skills that played an important role in Softengi’s rapid growth:

  • Implemented recruitment best practices that helped Softengi grow the number of highly qualified staff by 20%;
  • Introduced the Competency Fair that allows employees inside the Delivery Unit to exchange resources;
  • Introduced SEB (Softengi Employee Base), where it’s possible to find the right talent within the company structure; 
  • Together with his HR colleagues, drew up the Staff Evaluation Policy and the Remuneration Policy for the Best Implemented Solution;
  • Initiated cooperation with Universalna (Fairfax) insurance company, which makes Softengi’s employees feel safe and comfortable;     
  • Optimized onboarding and offboarding processes for Ukrainian and international personnel; 
  • Took the lead in making the corporate life of Softengi as inspirational as possible, taking into account difficult times for Ukraine and its people.   

In his new role as Chief Human Resources Officer, Oleg Chevychalov will be responsible for managing the human resources needs of Softengi. He will be closely collaborating with other senior leaders to develop a strategy that will help the company grow even further and maintain its competitiveness by optimizing employee engagement, retention, and recruitment practices.

Oleg Chevychalov will report directly to Softengi’s CEO and oversee all aspects of human resources within the company. His scope of duties will include compliance and governance regulation, workplace strategies, executive compensation, as well as making critical HR decisions while advising senior executives and stakeholders.
