Softengi continues to strengthen its collaboration with educational institutions and professional communities, supporting the advancement of modern IT education and the exchange of expert knowledge as part of its ESG strategy.
The social pillar of ESG focuses on fostering educational initiatives, streamlining youth professional competencies, and enhancing collaboration between business, academia, and the professional community.

Recently, Softengi launched a partnership with the National Aerospace University “Kharkiv Aviation Institute,” which invited the company to contribute to the evaluation of its academic programs in “Information and Communication Systems and Network Security” and “Software for Information and Communication Systems.”
As part of this collaboration, Softengi provided expert reviews of the curricula’s quality and relevance and joined the university’s educational initiatives as an industry stakeholder.
The partnership with the National Aerospace University represents a natural continuation of the company’s long-term engagement with the academic community. Our Delivery Manager, Volodymyr Demyanenko, plays a key role in mentoring students and sharing hands-on management experience. Over the past year, he delivered 10 professional student lectures and supported the internship program, helping future specialists gain practical knowledge in a real business environment.
Softengi also actively shares its expertise with the broader professional community. On February 25, 2026, our Senior Project Manager, Vitalii Bieliaiev, hosted an online webinar in collaboration with PMI Ukraine Chapter. During the session, he shared practical insights from working at the intersection of delivery and business, highlighting the impact of project management on margin performance, ROI, and long-term client partnerships.
“As a former Project Management Institute student, I know how great the quality of educational materials they offer is. That is why I think that choosing Vitalii Bieliaiev as a speaker is very impressive.” – Svitlana Onyshchenko, Head of Partnerships, Softengi
During the webinar, participants discussed controlling scope creep, managing project profitability, communicating with clients in business terms, and the project manager’s persona as a driver of the company’s financial performance.
For Softengi, the opportunity to share best practices is particularly valuable. The spirit of collaboration and knowledge exchange is integral to our corporate culture.
We will continue supporting educational and professional initiatives, investing in the development of future specialists and Ukraine’s technology ecosystem.
