Softengi opens a new chapter in our collaboration with Confindustria Alto Adriatico – the largest trade association in Italy for entrepreneurs looking to grow their businesses with AI technologies.
Softengi is grateful for the opportunity to support Italian companies on their digital transformation journey with the help of our AI Co-Innovation Program. Members of the association can now access specialized AI services, including consulting, technology programs, and business solutions.
- Co-Innovation Workshop with AI: A collaborative session where Softengi experts work with the company team to define the most relevant AI use case, establish measurable objectives, and create a delivery plan documented in a shared Scope of Work (SoW).
- Development and Deployment of AI Prototype (PoC): After feasibility verification and completion of all formal agreements (SoW, Terms & Conditions, and NDAs), Softengi’s architects, designers, and developers will create a functional AI prototype to test within two weeks.
- Business Value Assessment: A dedicated session to review the AI prototype results, evaluate potential ROI, and plan potential next steps, including further implementations or extensions.
- Final Report on Results and Recommendations: Delivery of a comprehensive report summarizing findings, performance metrics, and strategic suggestions to guide future AI initiatives.
The goal of the Co-Innovation Program is to provide a structured approach to exploring, developing, and implementing AI solutions tailored to their business needs. Through collaboration with Softengi experts, organizations can identify practical use cases, test AI prototypes, and assess potential value, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
