Softengi is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join the experienced team of a leading Ukrainian telecommunications company!
We are open to candidates with 1+ year of experience, considering both 1st and 2nd line support specialists.

You are a great fit if you have:

  • 1+ year of experience in Technical Support or a similar role (2+ years will be a plus).
  • Understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VoIP, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with networking equipment (routers, modems, switches).
  • Basic knowledge of AD, VPN, Office 365.
  • Confident use of Linux/Windows operating systems.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Readiness to work in a shift schedule (including weekends).

Key responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls.
  • Providing remote IT support to end users.
  • Registering, routing, and processing tickets/incidents according to SLA.
  • Fulfilling tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  • Working collaboratively within the team.
