Senior Full-Stack Developer

Description of the project:

Softengi is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a fast-growing AI project that builds digital co-workers to help enterprises automate processes in areas like customer support, sales, procurement, and compliance. The platform combines agentic AI with a modular product suite to deliver intelligent automation across key business functions. You’ll join a dynamic engineering team focused on scaling the solution and delivering tailored AI-powered tools to enterprise clients.

Your qualification:

• Strong backend development skills with Node.js runtime
• Experience with Apache Kafka for event streaming and message queuing
• Understanding of microservices architecture, service communication, and distributed systems
• Proficient in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• SQL and NoSQL database experience (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Proficient with Git workflows and collaborative development
• Experience with containerization and orchestration basics
• Unit testing, integration testing (Jest, Mocha, or similar)
• Asynchronous Programming: strong understanding of promises, async/await, and event-driven architecture

Nice-to-Have skills:

• Understanding of UnityBase framework and ecosystem
• Understanding of AI agent frameworks and autonomous systems
• Python: Backend development and AI/ML integration experience
• JavaScript frontend frameworks: React, Vue.js, or Angular experience
• Experience with LangChain for AI application development
• Experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.)
• Understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration
•  CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
• Experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana
• Knowledge of machine learning integration in production
• Advanced GraphQL usage
• Awareness of microservices patterns (saga, event sourcing, circuit breaker)
   

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end development across solveXplore, bidXplore, salesXplore, and new products as prioritized
• Build scalable backend services and APIs (Node.js, Kafka, microservices)
• Support front-end development using modern JS frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
• Implement and integrate AI capabilities (via Python, Langchain, etc.)
• Assist with solution customization, deployment, and support for clients
• Collaborate on roadmap execution, backlog prioritization, and platform improvements
• Contribute to DevOps workflows and CI/CD practices
