Business Analyst

Description of the project:

Softengi is seeking a confident Business Analyst for a project for a leading Ukrainian telecommunications company.

Required skills and experience:

2+ years of experience in IT projects as a System Analyst
Professional knowledge of UML notation, BPMN, Sequence diagram, SQL, Enterprise architect, Jira, Confluence
Expertise in project management
Professional experience according to the Waterfall methodology
The presence of practical experience in collecting, analyzing, and formalizing the requirements of the customer or business users, as well as writing, agreeing, and managing the life cycle of technical documentation
Understanding of REST architecture, DBMS basics
Knowledge of standards for building IT services

Desirable:

Knowledge of telecommunications networks (GSM, GPRS, EDGE, CDMA, etc) and TCP/IP, Ethernet, and IP infrastructure
Experience with systems such as Billing, DWH, etc.

Responsibilities:

Study and analysis of the architecture and interaction of existing IT and TD telecom systems
Analysis of the customer’s needs, possible limitations and proposal of the target architecture of the solution
Coordination of decision options with interested parties
Expert assessment of project documentation developed by the customer (briefs, concepts, etc.)
Coordination of business requirements with the customer and other interested parties
Designing technical solutions and managing the life cycle of the requirements for the solution
Modeling of business processes within the project, development of a solution model
Drafting and coordination of plans, protocols of integration, client testing, responsibility for organization of testing
Preparation of technical documentation and instructions for maintenance and operation of implemented platforms
Preparation of orders, meetings, and tasks to perform work on technological and IT platforms in accordance with company procedures
