Required skills and experience
Education
Minimum: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, or related field
Professional Experience
5+ years in technology consulting, AI implementation, or digital transformation
2+ years in training, executive education, or facilitation:
- Track record of designing and delivering programs for C-suite audiences
- Experience with adult learning methodologies and instructional design
AI/ML Landscape Knowledge
- Deep understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, NLP, computer vision, generative AI, RAG)
- Knowledge of AI applications in government (citizen services, smart cities, e-government)
- Familiarity with knowledge management systems and knowledge graphs
Strategic Planning
- AI strategy development frameworks and methodologies
- Business case development and ROI modeling
- Change management for large-scale transformation initiatives
- Understanding of government processes, budgeting, and procurement
Executive Presence & Facilitation
- Credibility with C-suite and senior officials
- Ability to command attention in boardrooms
- Navigate political dynamics and stakeholder management
- Dynamic and engaging presentation style
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Skill in leading interactive workshops
- Proficient in virtual/hybrid delivery (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
Cross-Cultural Communication
- Deep understanding of Middle East business culture and government protocols
- Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams
- Sensitivity to hierarchical structures in government organizations
- Experience building trust with Arab government officials
Language Requirements
- English: Fluent/native level
- Arabic: Professional proficiency highly preferred (read, speak, present)
- If not Arabic-speaking — willingness to work with Arabic co-facilitator/interpreter and learn key AI/government terminology
