We have had plenty of time to overcome our own obstacles in Digital Transformation, so believe us – we know how to do it well!
We started back in 1995 as a common ICT company named Softline-IT, one of the very first in the Ukrainian market. We dreamt big, worked hard and advanced fast. Pretty soon, our distinguished business lines and projects evolved to the full-scaled companies, which altogether became part of the Intecracy Group consortium.
Our confidence raised and the intention to succeed strengthened, but not without a hint of uncertainty.
But if you can’t stand the heat – get out of the kitchen! We did… and created Softengi, a spin-off company from Softline-IT, aiming to make a breakthrough in the IT industry! Advancing from mere outsourcing services to Digital Transformation consulting, we began to think differently… One day it just occurred to us that continually evolving digital technologies are an inexhaustible source of changes for the better.

More than 15 Ukrainian IT companies were brought to Toronto and set up introductory one-on-one meetings with Canadian companies interested in doing business in Ukraine.

Softengi established its representatives in the USA and also opened a new office in Europe.

Softengi, a global software engineering service provider, was founded as a spin-off company of Softline IT.
Softengi became a part of the Intecracy Group consortium – one of the biggest IT organizations in Eastern Europe. Inheriting corporate culture, knowledge, experience, and people from Softline IT, Softengi became a strong player on the market.
