System Analyst

About the Project

The project is focused on the development and implementation of complex IT solutions in the field of telecommunications and corporate information systems. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, participating in solution architecture design, integration of various platforms (IT and telecom), and the full requirements lifecycle — from elicitation to supporting deployed systems in operation.

The role involves active interaction with the customer, internal technical teams, and other stakeholders, as well as influencing architectural decisions and the quality of the final product.

Key Responsibilities

Study and analyze the architecture and interaction of existing IT and telecom systems
Analyze customer needs and constraints, and define the target solution architecture
Align solution options with stakeholders
Conduct expert review of project documentation prepared by the customer (briefs, concepts, etc. — hereinafter referred to as Business Requirements)
Validate and align business requirements with the customer and other stakeholders
Design technical solutions and manage the requirements lifecycle
Model business processes within the project and develop solution models
Prepare and approve integration and user acceptance test plans and protocols; organize and support testing activities
Prepare technical documentation and maintenance/operation manuals for implemented platforms
Prepare work orders, task assignments, and execution instructions for activities on technological and IT platforms in accordance with company procedures

Qualifications

Higher education (preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics)
At least 2 years of experience in IT projects as a Business Analyst or System Analyst
Practical experience in gathering, analyzing, and formalizing customer or business user requirements
Experience in writing, aligning, and managing the lifecycle of technical documentation
Understanding of REST architecture and database fundamentals
Knowledge of IT service design standards
Professional proficiency in UML, BPMN, SQL, Enterprise Architect, Jira, Confluence
Knowledge of telecommunications networks (GSM, GPRS, EDGE, CDMA, etc.), TCP/IP, Ethernet, and IP infrastructure is an advantage
Experience with Billing systems, DWH, or similar systems is a plus

Additional (Will Be a Plus)

ASKOE / related knowledge:

Configuration of Windows workstations (network settings, routing, understanding principles of corporate APN access via mobile networks)
Basic knowledge of corporate network architecture principles
Understanding of CRM system principles
Experience working with ASKOE software (Vik-Soft) and meter configuration is desirable
Experience working with project documentation and service agreements
