IT Lawyer

Softengi, a rapidly growing company that develops and supports various projects, is looking for an experienced lawyer to join the team and provide legal support for the company’s operations.

Our candidate has:

At least 3 years of experience in the legal field
Experience working in an IT company or providing legal services to IT companies
Proficiency in legal English (at least B2–C1 level), with experience drafting legal documents in English
Understanding of IT terminology and the specifics of the industry
Knowledge of the tax legislation of Ukraine and other countries, with experience in international tax regulation
Readiness to complete tasks within a limited, established timeframe (according to SLA)

Your future responsibilities:

Preparation and analysis of NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, acts, and other related legal documents and agreements
Communication and coordination of documents with managers
Preparation of letters, explanations, and claims
Preparation of analytical legal briefs regarding legislation
Analysis of tender documentation and support of the company in tender procedures in various countries

Working conditions:

Full-time employment (overtime possible)
Remote work (from any country) or office-based work (in Kyiv)
Work in the Kyiv time zone, occasionally in the client’s time zone (USA, Canada, UAE)
