• Knowledge of Java or any other programming language ;
  • Knowledge and experience with SQL ;
  • Experience with Jira ;
  • Ability to read block diagram ;
  • Work with API, XML and SOAP ;
  • Knowledge of asterisk. Experience with development of an answering machine based on asterisk will be a plus.
  • Knowledge V.B. Script for the SQL operating system, PL (SQL) for control systems logic.
  • Retail xml via http, soap or json for integrating systems and / or components.
  • Work with databases, which are part of the system.
  • Basic preparation and development of scenarios for robotic systems, monitoring, admin.

Would be a plus:

  • Participation in the implementation or support of IVR systems (any vendor, platform).
  • Experience in developing complex IVR scripts and flow.
  • Knowledge of protocols and principles of building telephone networks, contact centers with IVR and using SIP, SS7.
  • Experience in a telecom company.


  • Configuration of existing and creation of new IVR logic;
  • Participation in the preparation of technical specifications for new products placed on the IVR.
